Born and brought up in Nagpur, Maharashtra, I am a 37-year-old MBA graduate with over five years of corporate experience. In 2021, I embarked on my journey into real estate, driven by a passion for helping people find their dream homes and investment opportunities. With a strong foundation in business and a deep understanding of Nagpur’s property market, I strive to deliver trust, transparency, and value in every deal.

My journey has been all about learning, evolving, and never giving up.
In 2011, I completed my MBA and began my professional career in the corporate sector, where I worked for five years. Those years taught me discipline, communication, and the true value of dedication.
In 2017, driven by a desire to create something of my own, I started a dairy plant. The business began with great energy and success, but over time, the rising cost of raw materials and growing competition made it difficult to sustain. Eventually, I faced a loss of around ₹10 lakhs.
That was a challenging phase — but instead of breaking me, it shaped me. It taught me that every setback carries a hidden opportunity. I realized that real success isn’t about never failing — it’s about rising stronger every time you fall.
With that belief, in 2021, I started a new chapter — Sindhu Surya Properties.
My vision was simple yet powerful: to bring trust, transparency, and genuine service into real estate, helping people find not just land or homes, but a place where their dreams can grow.
Today, Sindhu Surya Properties stands as a symbol of faith, perseverance, and integrity.
